Unveiled – German with English subs

The educated Fariba Tabrizi flies from Teheran to Germany expecting to have asylum, since she is persecuted in Iran due to her lesbian relationship with her beloved Shirin. However, her application is denied by the authorities and Fariba has to return to her home country. When her recent acquaintance Siamak, who is grieving the death of his brother, commits suicide, Fariba assumes his identity and status of political refugee and is sent to a refugee camp in a German village. Fariba finds an illegal work in a cabbage factory and she has many difficulties for not having bath with the other male workers. She becomes close to her colleague Anne and they fall in love for each other. However, prejudice and her illegal condition jeopardize her exile in Germany.

Victor Victoria

Set in 1930s Paris, starving opera singer Victoria (Julie Andrews) is aided by gay cabaret performer Toddy (Robert Preston). When Victoria dons Toddy's ex's clothes and then sends the abusive ex flying with a booming shout and an equally booming right hook, Toddy is hit with inspiration: he'll pass her off as a female impersonator. A woman pretending to be a man pretending to be a woman? It all goes well until Chicago "businessman" King Marchand (James Garner), starts to investigate, sure that a man like himself could never fall for another man! The revelation of Kings infatuation brings his body guard 'Squash' Bernstein (Alex Karras) roaring out of the closet and his spurned moll Norma Cassady (brilliantly acted by Leslie Ann Warren) off to Chicago to plan revenge with King's other "business associates".

Vier Minute – (Five Minutes) german with English subs

In Germany, the elder Frau Traude Krueger gives piano classes in a prison for a few prisoners and the security guard Mütze. When she sees the rebel and aggressive Jenny Von Loeben playing piano, she immediately identifies her potential and offers to teach her for a competition. Frau Krueger finds that Jenny was a prodigy when she was a child; abused when she was a teenager and has been imprisoned for murdering and decapitating a man. Along the period they work together preparing for the exhibition, Frau Krueger discloses secrets about her love in World War II while the self-destructive Jenny has four minutes of glory and recognition of her talent.

Water Lilies – French with English subs

Set in the competitive world of synchronised swimming, WATER LILIES is a brilliantly observed portrait of female adolescence. The film centres around three 15-year-old-girls who experience first love in very different ways. WATER LILIES is the directorial debut of twenty-seven year-old Céline Sciamma and stars newcomers Pauline Acquart, Louise Blachère, Adèle Haenel and Warren Jacquin. Premiering at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival in Un Certain Regard, Sciamma and her young cast were widely hailed as among the most talented newcomers to emerge from the festival.

Watermelon Woman, The

Cheryl is young, Black, and lesbian, working in Philadelphia with her best friend Tamara and consumed by a film project: to make a video about her search for a Black actress from Philly who appeared in films in the 30s and was known as the Watermelon Woman. Following various leads, Cheryl discovers the Watermelon Woman's stage name and real name and surmises that the actress had a long affair with Martha Page, a White woman and one of Hollywood's few female directors. As she's discovering these things, Cheryl becomes involved with Diana, who's also White. The affair strains Cheryl's friendship with Tamara. More discoveries bring Cheryl (and us, her audience) to new realizations.

When Night Is Falling

Camille and Martin are in love and teachers at a christian college; they get the opportunity to get a better job, but they would have to marry for that. But when Camille's dog dies, she recognizes that her love for Martin is not even as big as the love for her dog. After that, Camille gets to know Petra, and Petra falls in love with Camille. They meet again, but Camille is very unsure about her feelings. When Martin is away for a weekend, Camille and Petra meet in the Circus where Petra is working as an acrobat. They spend the night together, but Martin finds out about it and is shocked. He has an argument with Camille, and she goes burying her dog in the snow, and falls asleep...
